Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jetpedia platform (the "Service"), including the website at jetpedia.io, the iOS mobile application, and any associated APIs, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Privé Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

2. Description of Service

Jetpedia is an independent aviation research and data intelligence platform that provides:

• Comprehensive aircraft specifications, performance data, and comparison tools
• Market intelligence, pricing estimates, and operating cost analytics
• Personalized fleet management via the "My Hangar" dashboard
• AI-powered advisory tools (the "Navigator" and "Buyer Advisor")
• Newsletter services ("The Flight Deck")

Privé Systems LLC is not a direct or indirect air carrier, charter operator, aircraft broker, or licensed sales brokerage. All aircraft acquisitions, charter services, or advisory consultations initiated through this platform are facilitated by legally authorized, third-party operating partners subject to their respective regulatory authorities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (including My Hangar, Intelligence Alerts, and subscription tiers), you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google, Apple). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@jetpedia.io of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

5. Subscription Tiers & Billing

Jetpedia offers tiered membership plans:

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, data compilations, graphics, logos, and software on this platform are the intellectual property of Privé Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The "Jetpedia" name, the brushed-metal "J" emblem, and the platform's visual identity are registered trademarks of Privé Systems LLC. Aircraft images, manufacturer names, and model designations remain the property of their respective trademark holders and are used for informational purposes under fair use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent.

7. Data Accuracy & Disclaimers

While Jetpedia strives to maintain the highest standards of data integrity, all aircraft pricing, variable operating economics, performance specifications, range telemetry, and market valuations are generalized estimates intended for informational and research purposes only.

This data does not constitute:

• Binding financial, legal, or operational advice
• An offer to sell, purchase, charter, or lease any aircraft
• A substitute for formal mechanical audits, legal due diligence, or certified brokerage guidance

Users should independently verify all data before making acquisition or investment decisions.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform via automated means without written authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform's operation
• Impersonate another user, entity, or Jetpedia personnel
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Jetpedia data without a license agreement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without notice.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services including Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and FlightRadar24 (live fleet data). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRIVÉ SYSTEMS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Privé Systems LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification to registered users or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account or ceasing use of the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 11, and 12) shall survive.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
